Setting the Character Encoding in the Response XML Declaration
If the response is generally going to be returned in an XML format, the XML declaration <?xml version="1.0"?> in the response also has an optional encoding property. You can define what character encoding the Presto Server uses for the result using the output-encoding attribute in the <output> statement. This also sets the encoding property in the XML declaration.
