When setting up a high availability (HA) Terracotta Server Array (TSA) supporting TCStore datasets, the choice made for the <failover-priority> element in the tc.config file must be considered with TCStore in mind. For the typical TCStore use case, <failover-priority> should be set to <consistency>.
