Creates a symbolic link between the old path and the new path of a file.
Input Parameters
oldPath
String Old path of the file for which you want to create a symbolic link.
newPath
String New path of the file to which the symbolic link should point.
Output Parameters
returnCode
String Standard SFTP protocol return code.
returnMsg
String Text message describing the return code.
