Viewing API Usage Report
You must have the manage user administration functional privilege to view and download the API usage details. You can view the API usage that is stage-specific or across stages.
The API usage report shows the transaction usage across all stages. When you click on the API usage details > Report, it loads the transaction usage across all stages for the current month. You can then specify a filter range or view stage specific transaction usages and also download these as PDF or CSV reports.
To view an API usage report
1. Expand the menu options icon 
, in the title bar, and select Analytics. 2. Click API usage details > Report.
3. You can view the API detail report for transaction counts for APIs in Global aggregation as follows:
a. Click All stages.
b. Select a month in the From month field.
The table lists the transaction counts for the APIs across all stages from the month selected in the From month field to 12 months from the selected month or the current month, whichever is less. For example, if the current month is April 2018 and you select Jan 2018, then the report is shown for the period from Jan 2018 to Apr 2018. If you select Feb 2017, then the report is displayed for the period from Feb 2017 to Jan 2018 (12 month range from the selected month). You can download this report either in the PDF format or a CSV format.
4. You can view the API detail report for transaction counts for APIs in a single stage as follows:
a. Click Current stage.
b. Select a month in the From month field.
The table lists the transaction counts for the APIsin the current stage from the month selected in the From month field to 12 months from the selected month or the current month, whichever is less. For example, if the current month is April 2018 and you select Jan 2018, then the report is shown for the period from Jan 2018 to Apr 2018. If you select Feb 2017, then the report is displayed for the period from Feb 2017 to Jan 2018 (12 month range from the selected month).You can download this report either in the PDF format or a CSV format.
