Opening EPL elements and Java classes using the Open Type dialog
Software AG Designer supports opening EPL elements and Java classes in the appropriate editor using the Open Type dialog. The Open Type dialog lists all the EPL elements and Java classes, and the locations of the files in the Apama project. For elements related to bundles, the status line displays the bundle name. You must be in one of the Apama perspectives to open the Apama-specific Open Type dialog.
* To open an EPL element or a Java class
1. In Software AG Designer, click Navigate > Open Type or press Ctrl+Shift+T or click the toolbar button.
2. Select the EPL element or the Java class.
Note: You can filter the list by typing the first characters to see all the elements/classes that start with that name.
3. Click OK.
The selected EPL element or Java class opens in the appropriate editor.
