Information on the status of Natural Development (NDV) Servers can be
obtained using the ndvping command line tool. This tool is
available on Windows, Linux and UNIX platforms except HP-UX. Entering
ndvping in the command line without parameters will provide you
the online documentation.
ndvping [[host] port [ssl]]

The host name or IP address where the NDV server is running. |

The port the NDV server is listening to. |

To be specified if the server runs under control of SSL/TLS. |

| 0 | The NDV server is alive. |
