For type Com-plete, TSO and TIAM, the message is sent to the user ID.
For type APPL, the message is sent to the application
name.
Specify *CONSOLE here to send the message to the
console only.
For BS2000, the destination can also be a TRANSDATA station. This
must be specified in the TERMINAL-NAME and
PROCESSOR-NAME fields.
