Description

Converts a string to URL-decoded syntax. Useful if special characters are included. Use W3-TEXT-TO-URL instead of H3-TEXT-TO-URL. Use W3-ASCII-URL-TABLE instead of H3-ASCII-URL-TABLE.

The subprogram W3-ASCII-URL-TABLE will be called from H3-TEXT-TO-URL and contains a list of all conversations that will be made. This program can be changed and extended for the user's needs.
