This command is used to display all relevant Natural code page settings,
such as content of the system variables
*LOCALE,
*CODEPAGE,
current code page of the source area, current settings of the relevant
parameters, NATICU version, Unicode version, etc., and to display
the code pages defined in the
NATCONFG
