Erase a document from a bulletin board.
The document is always placed in the Wastebasket of the person who has sent the document to the bulletin board.
This subprogram can only be used by a supervisor, system administrator or by the user who sent the document to the bulletin board.
Calling Z-DIS04A prior to this subprogram returns the required document ISN.
When a value other than 0 is returned in the parameter Return-code, BACKOUT TRANSACTION is always issued.
Note:
This subprogram only erases documents. It does not erase any other
kind of object from a bulletin board.
