Special Characters in Zaps

Special characters in the CSECT names can be manipulated during the translation from ASCII to EBCDIC depending on the translation table. To prevent such manipulations, a comment is added to the end of the line containing the CSECT name. If you apply such Zaps, check whether the EBCDIC code matches with the CSECT name.
