Configuring Data Link Adapters

This configuring is done in the NetWare for SAA Server Configuration tool.

1. From the Definition Hierarchy by Function pane, select Data Link Adapters, and then click the Create button.

2. In The Adapter DLC Type dialog box, select Ethernet and click the OK button.

3. If you have not defined an adapter name at the NetWare for SAA server, define it in the Configure an Ethernet Adapter dialog box.

4. Accept the defaults for Adapter Number and Local SAP, and for the Performance and Reactivation dialog box tabs.
