You can use the Tab key to move quickly through columns displayed in the lower pane.

To enable this option, click Tools > Options > Tab Through Columns.

When this option is enabled, you can press the Tab key on your keyboard to move through the data in the columns. When this option is disabled, pressing the Tab key while in the grid will move the cursor to the next control in the tab order.
