This chapter introduces the concepts underlying the layout and functionality of the Apama's Event Modeler in Software AG Designer. It does not attempt to describe how to use the tool or how to interact with its various tabs and panels. That explanation is provided in Using Event Modeler, once the underlying concepts are understood.
