Apama Documentation : Using Apama with Software AG Designer : Setting the Apama Preferences : Web Service
Web Service
The Web Service page is available when you expand the Adapters node in the Apama preferences. You can use it to set the preferences for the Web Service Client adapters. The following options are available:
Store locally
This defines the default setting for the WSDL savings options in the Web Service Client wizard in which you define the operations for the WSDL. See Specify the Web Service and operation to use.
If Store locally is selected, the WSDL is stored in the project (in the .services folder). This may increase the performance. You can select one of the following:
*Download all imports to local file system. If selected, each XSD is stored as a file in the project.
*Leave all imports as it is. If selected, the XSD locations as specified in the WSDL file are used directly.
Open editor after wizard
If selected, the Web Service adapter editor is immediately invoked after you have added the adapter to the project. See also Adding a Web Services Client adapter to an Apama project.
