An event field definition specifies the type and name of the field.
EventFieldDef
Rule components
DataTypeDef is as described in Variable declarations. Event fields that do not have the wildcard attribute are indexed by the correlator when you listen for them. There can be at most 32 indexes on an event type. Event fields of the type location use two indexes for each field.
An event that contains an action, chunk, listener, and/or stream field is valid only within the monitor that creates it. You cannot enqueue or route an event that contains, directly or indirectly, a field of such types.
