Incorrect mapping of c8y_Position and child references when ManagedObject.withChannelResponse is used.

Top-level fields in ManagedObject events like position, childDeviceIds, childAssetIds, deviceParentIds and assetParentIds were not populated correctly when the ManagedObject.withChannelResponse API was used. This is resolved now.

SMS is not getting generated by “on alarm” smart rule.

SMS addresses with a protocol identifier specified as “tel” were incorrectly rejected by the Apama connectivity integration. This is resolved now.
