Event FindOperation

Finds operations, searching on source, status, fragmentType and agent.

By default will return all Operations which match the criteria. You can set params to select which Operations to receive.

To find operations, send this to the SEND_CHANNEL channel, and Cumulocity will respond on the FindOperationResponse.SUBSCRIBE_CHANNEL channel with zero or more FindOperationResponse events and then one FindOperationResponseAck on.
