With the release of Adabas 7.5, the support for Adabas 7.1.1 and 7.2 ends.
Ciphering will be no longer supported in the next release. We strongly recommend using Adabas Encryption for Linux (AEL) for encryption of a database.
Adabas Password Security (ADASCR) will be no longer supported in the next release. We strongly recommend using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Please note that the ADASCR feature "Protection at Record Level - Security by Value" is not supported by RBAC.
