To view single or multiple pages

1.  In Report Preview, click the View Single Page button to view the report at 100 percent, with one page only onscreen.

2.  To view multiple pages, click the View Multi Pages button.

3.  To resize the current page, change the percentage value in the list box, either by typing in a new value or by selecting a value from the list.

4.  The page automatically resizes.
