To start the IBM CICS TCP/IP sockets interface - IMS

  1. Type EZAO, START and then press <ENTER>.

  2. Type Yes after CICS to start the CICS TCP/IP sockets interface, and then press <ENTER>.

  3. The CICS APPLID appears after START.
