Toggling between Single and Multiple Page View
To toggle the view:
1. In Report Preview, click the View Single Page (
) button to view the report at 100 percent, with only one page on the screen. 2. Click the View Multi Pages (
) button to view multiple pages. 3. Change the percentage value of the list box to resize the current page. You can do that by either typing a new value, or by selecting a value from the list.
