The InfoNaut Report Writer enables the creation of reports from table information or queries created in InfoNaut. Reports can be used for simple or formal presentations and can quickly be customized using the wide range of available formatting tools.

The reports can be saved as Adobe Acrobat .pdf files, HTML pages, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Rich Text format files, .tif files, .csv files, and .txt files.

Before beginning, you should decide on the content and purpose of your report. Doing so beforehand will save you time as you arrange the various elements of the report. This is especially important if you are using a grouped query. You need to decide whether or not you need a group header or footer in your report depending on how the query is grouped.
