Version 3.2 of the Event Replicator Target Adapter now supports the processing of Initial States in binary mode from data generated by the Event Replicator for Adabas ADARIS Initial State utility. Previous versions only supported ADARIS generated data using DCLASS=SAGTARG, which produced data sets in XML format. As of Event Replicator for Adabas Version 3.5 SP3, the new Destination Class SAGTRGB can be used to produce data in binary format. This data can be used as input to Event Replicator Target Adapter Version 3.2 via a File Source and can result in a much faster loading of RDBMS tables during the initial state phase when processing very large Adabas files.
