Explanation:

TCP/IP initialization has failed.

System Action:

The Adabas Audit Data Retrieval Web Access server on the host keeps retrying the initialization.

Operator Response:

Examine whether the TCPIP related keywords in the LST member are correct and whether or not the TCP/IP started task on the host is active. Use the netstat command to diagnose the TCP/IP problem.
