Explanation:

A BQL DB slave system has been started. The corresponding master system with the subsystem ID ssid could not be reached. wrc and wirc indicate the return code and reason code of the connection error (see "Subsystem connection errors"). rc indicates the generated global return code (normally RC=24 - Subsystem not available).

9556I is accompanied by message 9554I, which provides more information on the error and on the status of the master system.

System Action:

The slave system continues retrying to connect at 60‑second intervals. Messages 9556I and 9554I continue to be written when a new connection attempt fails.

Activate the BQL master subsystem.
