Explanation:

System Action:

The product started task (STC) ends with RC=16.

Operator Response:

Determine the reason for the error and eliminate it. Check whether a valid BSA version 4 database has been entered under the DD statement BnnDEF in the started task procedure. Then restart the Beta product. If no valid BSA version 4 database is available, start the database conversion.
