A new SSVT (subsystem vector table) was to be created and initialized for subsystem ID ssid using IBM macro IEFSSI / IEFSSVT However, this operation was unsuccessful. rc and reason show the return and reason codes generated by macro IEFSSI / IEFSSVT for the specified request.

System Action:

Program BST01ARI terminates with RC=16 and the subsystem ID is not defined.
