ADR* - Data Archiving for Adabas Log Messages

This document describes the log messages you may encounter while using Data Archiving for Adabas.

Note:
Actions relating to these log messages may refer to the Data Archiving for Adabas log file. This log file provides additional run-time information, and it may be requested by your Software AG technical support representative in the event of an error condition. The log files are created chronologically and are located in the product's log/ directory.

ADR1001I <Group> <Computer> <Daemon> Activity started <Plan>:<Action>:<Activity-ID>
Explanation

The specified activity has started.

ADR1002I <Group> <Computer> <Daemon> Activity ended <Plan>:<Action>:<Activity-ID>
Explanation

The specified activity has completed successfully.

ADR1003E <Group> <Computer> <Daemon> Extractor failed <Plan>:<Action>:<Activity-ID> PID <Process-ID> Databases <id[,id]>
Explanation

The Extractor process for the specified activity has failed to complete successfully. The message lists those databases that the process had connections to.

ADR1004E <Group> <Computer> <Daemon> Accumulator failed <Plan>:<Action>:<Activity-ID> PID <Process-ID> Databases <id[,id]>
Explanation

The Accumulator process for the specified activity has failed to complete successfully. The message lists those databases that the process had connections to.

This message may be accompanied by an ADR1012I message which provides a textual description of the meaning of <Subcode>.

Explanation

<Message> indicates the content of the message which failed to be remotely logged as reported by a previous ADR1011W message.
