How to End the Cluster
Shutting down the entire cluster is not required during normal operation.
However, if you need to end the cluster, we currently recommend following these steps:
1. Verify the status of the cluster.
adaopr dbid='<dbid>' display=cluster
2. Stop all secondary nodes of the cluster in status 'SYNCED' separately.
adastop <dbid>
3. Stop the current primary node as the last node.
If you want to restart the cluster again, it is important to select the node that has the last transactions committed as the first node of the cluster. For more information see Restart Cluster Sequence > Restart After Planned Shutdown)
