z/VSE systems only. The LOAD or CDLOAD macro failed and ADARUN was not
able to load the module specified in the message. ADARUN issues the message and
ends with an abnormal end (abend). The value of
ret-code is the return code from the CDLOAD or LOAD
macro, and can have the following meanings:
