This document describes how to install Adabas Transaction Manager.
The Adabas Transaction Manager installation jobs can be created manually or generated by the Software AG System Maintenance Aid (SMA).
For each step of the installation procedure described later in this section, a job number may be used to represent a task. This job number refers to an installation job generated by SMA. If you are not using SMA, an example job with this same number which you must adapt to your site requirements is provided in the job library on the Adabas Transaction Manager installation medium.
