For the successful operation of this new release of Adabas Caching Facility, note the following requirements:
Adabas Version 8.6 or later is required.
Adabas Online System (AOS), either the demo version delivered with Adabas or the full version available as a selectable unit, is a prerequisite for using Adabas Caching Online Services (Natural application SYSACF). SYSACF is an online, menu-driven application used to monitor the Adabas Caching Facility environment.
This release of Adabas Caching Facility should be used with AOS version 8.6 SP1 or later. Functionality may be limited if you are using an earlier AOS version.
