Installing Fixes for IBM webMethods and Software AG Products
Important:
You cannot install fixes in an existing installation that has both IBM webMethods and Software AG products.
The following section explains how to install fixes for existing and new product installations that include products from one of the following product groups:
*Software AG products: Adabas & Natural, ARIS, Alfabet, Cumulocity, Apama, and Zementis
*IBM webMethods products: webMethods, EntireX, and ApplinX
If you have a product installation that has products from just one of the product groups, start the current version of Update Manager and specify the installation directory with the products that you want to update. Update Manager identifies the product group in the installation and installs the required fixes.
For example, if you have an installation with only IBM webMethods products, Update Manager installs the fixes for the webMethods products for which you have a license. if you have an installation with only Software AG products, Update Manager installs the fixes for the Software AG products for which you have a license.
