View the Welcome Panel
After you start the installer, the installer displays the Welcome panel. You can resize the GUI.
Note: On Windows systems, if the progress bar on the installer launcher (called Zipfusion) stops showing progress, your anti-virus software might be interfering. Start the installer using the jar file instead (see Start the Installer on a Windows System).
